Essential Oils & Dilutions

When using the oil cleansing method (OCM), the addition of essential oils can result in an enhanced customized and therapeutic skin treatment. Just like carrier oils, it is important to use the best quality essential oils available for both purity and botanical therapeutic activity.

Most essential oils should not be used full strength and it is important to follow the indications on the bottle. As a general rule, the more sensitive your skin, the more diluted your essential oils should be. *We are only listing essential oils that tend to be less sensitizing to the skin.
