Returns / Policies / Disclaimers
To enable us to provide you with made-to-order blended treatments (we do not pre-blend or resell unopened treatments), to use only ultra premium grade ingredients in high concentrations, and to offer such a variety of treatments:
- We will accept and replace returns for items damaged in shipping or have been shipped incorrectly. We must be notified via the email address below. We will then give you a unique assigned Return#. Damaged or incorrect items must have a return postmark no later than 7 days of receiving your order.
- We accept unopened products (limit of 2) within 14 days of delivery minus (cost of product - 25% ) plus S.H. charges. Before returning email us at address below to receive your unique Return#. *IMPORTANT: return package must be postmarked 14 days or earlier than date customer received package according to USPS delivery confirmation.
- We accept a limit of 2 opened products (with no more than 1/4 contents used) within 30 days of delivery minus (cost of product - 40%) plus S.H charges.
- Customized, cleansing oil, and pure (OCM) oil products cannot be returned.
- International orders cannot be returned. * Note - Please be aware of your country additional postal fees. We are not responsible for custom or taxes levied in individual countries.
- For your safety, please return your item with delivery confirmation/and or insured carrier (e.g. Fed Ex, UPS, USPS) and retain a copy of your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- You must email us (see email address below) before returning any item. We will then give you a Return#. **Packages without an assigned Return# designated on the envelope will not be accepted.

Please check the ingredient list before purchasing or using our skin care products. We can not be held responsible for allergies you may have. ** It is recommended to do a patch test before using any treatments. Although some treatments contain ingredients that may cause slight tingling or a temporary pinkish hue, they should not cause uncomfortable sensations or intense physical reactions. If any rash, intense reddening, or burning sensations occur it is important to discontinue use.
