Calming-2 is an anti-redness formulation containing silymarin marianum extract, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), and Licorice Complex. When used daily it helps reduce the appearance of facial redness.

This formulation contains actives at clincally studied and validated as effective levels. Calming-2 should be comforting for even the most tempermental skin. (Avoid if allergic to sulfur - contains organic sulfur)

Silymarin marianum extract
extracted from medicinal quality organic milk thistle, soothes reactive skin and helps to reduce redness. Its also high in bioflavanoids and has been shown to have a highly preventative effect against skin photodamage.

MSM
is composed of 34% bio-available sulfur, making it the richest source of organic sulfur available. It is considered no more toxic than water and has no oder. It also does not stimulate the allergic reactions commonly caused by sulfate and sulfide forms of sulfur found in some medically prescribed acne treatments.

MSM is used in the treatment of inflammatory conditions among other conditions. It acts to keep the skin's cells and tissue soft, and promotes collegen tissue strength. Keeping the skin soft ensures that it remains elastic enough to allow stretching and movement without damage. (Soft and flexible skin also is less prone to wrinkles and dry flakiness).

Purified HP-Licorice Complex
our proprietary complex which includes an organic licorice extract (proprietary formula with two organic special species), dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 98% extract, glycyrrhizinic acid 98% extract and more. It contributes significant soothing, anti-redness, calming, complexion brightening, skin toning and antioxidant benefits.
